2.1 Age requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an fw108 Account or place any Wager on the Platform. fw108 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with the age-restriction standards applicable to the Indonesian market. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.
2.2 Residency. The fw108 Platform is directed at residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
2.3 Legal capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any court order, conservatorship, or legal guardianship that limits your contractual capacity, you are not eligible to register.

3.1 Accurate information. When registering an Account, you must provide your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP or passport), a valid email address, an active Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. 3.2 One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active fw108 Account. Registration of duplicate accounts using the same identity, contact details, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. fw108 may, at its sole discretion, merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
3.3 Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. fw108 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fw108 support immediately.
3.4 Third-party accounts. You may not allow any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf, nor may you access or operate any Account registered to another person. Wagers placed via a third party using your Account, or wagers you place using another person's Account, will be considered void.
4.1 Accepted payment methods. fw108 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: bank transfers to/from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment accounts used must be registered in the Member's own name and match the identity on file with fw108.
4.2 Deposit processing. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the transfer is confirmed on fw108's payment systems. For bank transfers, confirmation typically occurs within minutes during bank operating hours. fw108 does not guarantee specific deposit processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet infrastructure.
4.3 Minimum and maximum amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. fw108 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the identity documents on your fw108 Account. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held pending. fw108 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for standard requests once KYC is satisfied, though actual timing may vary based on banking infrastructure and transaction volume.
4.5 Anti-money-laundering. fw108 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) principles. fw108 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal request it deems unusual in value, frequency, or pattern. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal suspension and account review.
4.6 Dormant accounts. An Account that has recorded no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. fw108 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account Balances in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Members will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
5.1 General bonus terms. All Bonuses offered by fw108 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion ("Promotion-Specific Terms") and to this clause. In the event of conflict, Promotion-Specific Terms prevail over this clause for matters they explicitly address. For all other matters, this clause governs.
5.2 Wagering requirements. Unless a Promotion-Specific Terms document states otherwise, Bonuses must be turned over at least five (5) times before the resulting balance qualifies for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements may only be satisfied by real-money Wagers placed after the Bonus has been credited. Wagers on restricted game categories (as listed in individual promotion pages) do not count toward Wagering Requirements.
5.3 Bonus abuse. fw108 reserves the right to void Bonus credit and related winnings, and to suspend or terminate an Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member or group of Members has engaged in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
5.4 Expiry. Bonus credit that has not been wagered within the timeframe specified in the relevant Promotion-Specific Terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account without compensation.
5.5 fw108's discretion. fw108 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring Bonuses already credited to Member Accounts at the time of withdrawal or modification.
6.1 General. Each product category on fw108 — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel draws, and bola tangkas (Indonesia's traditional card game) — is governed by its own product-specific rules published on the relevant section of the Platform. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to and alongside those product rules.
6.2 Sportsbook. All sportsbook Wagers are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the Wager is confirmed by the Platform. fw108 reserves the right to void Wagers placed at odds that were published in error or that resulted from a technical fault. Mix parlay (accumulator) Wagers are subject to the accumulator-specific rules published in the Sportsbook section. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules as published.
6.3 Live betting. In-play (live) Wagers are accepted in real time and may be suspended or closed at any moment depending on match events. fw108 accepts no liability for Wagers placed on erroneous in-play prices caused by data-feed delays or transmission errors. Any Wager accepted on a clearly erroneous live price may be voided at fw108's discretion.
6.4 Casino and slots. All casino table games and slot titles are operated using certified random-number-generation (RNG) technology. Published RTP (return-to-player) figures represent the theoretical long-run statistical return and do not guarantee results in any individual session. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
6.5 Togel. Togel draw results are determined by the official draw operators for the relevant market (e.g., Togel Hongkong). fw108 settles togel Wagers exclusively on the basis of officially published draw results. fw108 accepts no liability for discrepancies between unofficial third-party draw-result publications and official results.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fw108 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the fw108 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, game software, audio clips, and the compilation thereof — is the property of fw108 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited licence. fw108 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational wagering activities in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any software used to deliver the Platform or any game on the Platform without prior written consent from fw108 or the relevant software licensor.
9.1 The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by fw108 is governed by the fw108 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

9.3 fw108 will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required for payment processing, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, or as required by applicable law.
10.1 No warranty. The fw108 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fw108 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
10.2 Exclusion of consequential losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fw108 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if fw108 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Cap on direct liability. In any event, fw108's maximum aggregate liability to you for direct losses arising from any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your fw108 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force majeure. fw108 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government action, or disruption to third-party banking infrastructure.
11.1 Member-initiated closure. You may request the permanent closure of your fw108 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon confirmation of your closure request, your Account will be deactivated. Any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance that has not yet met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your nominated bank account or e-wallet within ten (10) business days, subject to completed KYC.
11.2 fw108-initiated suspension. fw108 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, ongoing fraud, AML-related concerns, or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
11.3 Termination for cause. fw108 may permanently terminate your Account and forfeit all associated balances (including real-money Balance) where it determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, that you have engaged in any form of fraud, prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7, material misrepresentation during registration, or repeated breach of these Terms & Conditions.
11.4 Effect of termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 7, 8, 10, and 12 — shall remain in full force and effect.
12.1 Governing law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law as applied by the jurisdiction in which fw108 is duly licensed and incorporated.
12.2 Informal resolution. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting fw108 customer support. fw108 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days and to providing a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.
12.3 Final decisions. Decisions made by fw108 in relation to the settlement of Wagers, the application of bonus terms, and the enforcement of fair-play policies are final and binding, except where fw108 determines that a manifest error has occurred, in which case fw108 will take reasonable corrective action.
12.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event that a translation is provided for reference, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
